ESG Integration Process
At the LP fundraising stage, we clearly communicate our ESG investment philosophy and standards to investors, and incorporate ESG compliance clauses into fund agreements. Projects with major ESG risks are subject to a one-vote veto mechanism, fundamentally ensuring the responsible nature of the fund.
In the investment decision process, we incorporate ESG assessment as a core module of due diligence. The investment committee must comprehensively evaluate the environmental impact, social responsibility performance, and governance structure of the target company, and the ESG score is included in the final investment decision.
After investment, we establish an ESG tracking and evaluation mechanism for portfolio companies, regularly collecting ESG data and issuing improvement suggestions. We encourage and assist portfolio companies in establishing ESG reporting systems to promote continuous improvement in ESG performance.
